We cut all iwb holsters for optics and they accommodate suppressor height sights. Also Features Open Bottom to allow for threaded barrels. This does not guarantee fitment for comps. There is no extra charge or need to request.
The Quick Clip offers a fast on and off application without sacrificing a secure snug fit. Works well with out the use of a belt, however a belt is still recommend.

The Concealment Claw puts slight pressure against your pants/belt pushing the grip of your firearm in tighter to your body. This helps to reduce the profile of your firearm as the grip is naturally pushed away from you body.
Excellent holster craftsmanship. Needed a positive retention holster that would accommodate an Align Tactical thumb rest. Clip has additional mounting hole to allow it to can't. Highly recommended.
The kydex quality and color presentation—I selected OD-Green—of the holster is excellent. Edges are smooth and rounded and the pistol fits well and is secure through a range of adjustments for retention and draw stroke preferences.
Best of all, the holster contains the channels ecessary to easily accommodate the Tactical Development Tactical Application Rail. (The installation of which renders standard P365 holsters useless, because where the rails rest along the slide protrudes slightly from the slide face.
I’m going to purchase the OWB version w/a paddle for outdoor range training (Actually, I’m so pleased I may purchase another IWB (coyote-colored; my P365 has an FDE slide and OD green grip module) and 2 OWB versions and put them in rotation. (I retiring—again, first military, now civilian—but young enough to rack up a lot of range time in my spare time.)

Have purchased 3 holsters for the CS from 3 different manufacturers, and this one is by far the best. Rides close to the body in the 3 o’clock position. Don’t think the 2024 CS mag carrier that was purchased with holster will last long as I had to crank down on the retention screws to keep the mag from sliding out.
Great holster. Great quality. Only thing is my gen 5 has a ambi slide release which hits the holster and pushes it out, making it print more. I wish there was a drop down option selection for if you have an ambi slide release. Im going to have to Dremel it or something to make it fit flat. But other than that perfect. Would buy again and will recommend to friends.
