Return Policy
RETURNS:
In the event that your holster does not work out for you, we do offer a 30 day satisfaction exchange, store credit, or refund. 30 days is calculated from date of shipping for your item. To complete a return or exchange, contact us by email at greymansolutions1@gmail.com, Let us know what you are experiencing along with your order number. We will work with your to resolve the issues first. If unable to fix issues we will set you up with the information about how to return/the item. When the item is received, we will inspect it to verify it is in the condition which it was sent to you. When this process is completed, a store credit, refund, or exchange will be issued to you in the amount paid. Please note that if custom print or pattern is selected it CAN NOT be refunded. If exchange is desired custom prints and patterns will be exchanged out with black only.
All custom prints are not refundable or restockable as they are just that custom. Therefore if a custom print is selected in the holster that portion of your order CAN NOT be refunded.
All orders paid with credit card are subject to refund minus credit card fees of 5%
If the item has been modified in any way by the end user, the item may not be eligible for return or exchange.
All refunds issued past 24 hours from ordering are subject to fees, including shipping. Shipping is non refundable
All orders containing custom prints or custom hardwares will not be refundable due to being a special order based on your needs. Therefore orders with custom prints ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
ALL ORDERS AFTER 1 WEEK CAN BE CANCELED BUT CAN ONLY BE REFUNDED 50%. THIS IS DUE TO TIME, MATERIALS, MOLDING, ETC THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PUT INTO MAKING OF YOU ORDER.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders can be canceled with in 24 hours without restocking fees. All orders cancelled or modified after 24 hours are subject to a 50% restocking fee, to recoup cost of any special supplies such as but not limited to custom prints, carbon fibers, and camo colored kydex, specialty hardware. After a 24 hour window has lapsed from the time your order was placed, your order is considered valid and material / manufacturing process may begin.
In the event that you cancel an order on a custom item before it has shipped, a cancellation fee of up to 50% will be assessed to recoup funds spent to purchase materials, parts, and possibly molds to make your custom item. The remaining amount will be refunded as a store credit on your account.
Orders canceled within 24 hours will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
